Bread & Brew is a midtown Anchorage eatery known for its modern take on comfort food, including a grilled cheese that has been featured among the top 50 in the country. Explore Design worked with the family of owners to create a flexible interior that shifts easily between daytime counter service and evening table service. The space uses warm, modern finishes selected for both durability and ease of maintenance, supporting the restaurant’s welcoming, neighborhood-focused atmosphere.
