This facility supports advanced maintenance training for the F-35A aircraft at Eielson Air Force Base. Designed in coordination with Lockheed Martin and the Air Force Education and Training Command, the facility includes classrooms, simulation labs, shop areas, administrative offices, and student support space. Specialized training components include an Ejection System Maintenance Trainer (ESMT), Flexible Linear Shaped Charge (FLSC) lab, and engine maintenance and Aerospace Ground Equipment (AGE) mockups.

The student commons forms the heart of the facility, offering informal seating, a break area, and daylight-filled gathering space that encourages interaction outside the classroom. Curtain walls, sloped metal roofs, and colorful interior finishes combine to create a collegiate atmosphere grounded in performance and practicality.
