Currently in progress, Northlink Aviation’s South Campus Cargo Terminal will be a transformative development at Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport. Explore Design is leading the architectural design for this new 120-acre logistics campus, built to streamline cargo transfer, fueling, and maintenance. Designed with future growth in mind, this facility reinforces Anchorage’s role as a global freight hub by enabling faster turnarounds and increased carrier efficiency.

The project features landside and airside infrastructure to support high-volume express cargo operations. This will be the first facility at ANC to include onsite glycol recovery and recycling, dramatically reducing the environmental impact of aircraft deicing operations.
