Mallory is the bridge between design and construction, the person who ensures ideas on paper translate seamlessly into the field. With a background rooted in construction management, she brings a builder’s perspective to every conversation, ensuring that both designers and contractors feel heard and supported. Her ability to speak both languages makes her an invaluable part of the team and helps projects move from concept to completion with clarity and care.
For Mallory, the best part of the job is watching a project come to life, seeing drawings become foundations, walls, and spaces people can experience. She thrives on collaboration and loves problem-solving in real time, finding creative ways to make good ideas even better.
Mallory is originally from Ohio, but grew up racing down East Coast slopes as a competitive skier, a sport that taught her focus, resilience, and how to carve her own path. Outside of work, Mallory’s world rarely slows down. She’s still an avid skier and hockey player, and now her biggest daily workout comes from keeping up with her two-year-old.

Mallory’s favorite ExD project is one she had a hand in: The Alaska Airlines Hangar. This project changed her life and career in many ways.
